I was blown away by this candy shop. The atmosphere and charisma and charm is really fun. They even have a old-timey ice cream parlor in the back of it! This is not your typical candy store, he's got science candy! Candy that's been freeze dried. I've heard of it before never tried it it was amazing. More flavorful than you could even imagine.
My wife and I picked out a bunch of different chocolates and will certainly back to try more things. They have a lot of specialty pop that will knock your socks off, including dragon drool, bacon-flavored pop, pimple pop, apple pie soda, etc.
They also have special events including Halloween party complete with a (spooky music intro) Wheel of Doom! Where you can win lots of different prizes.
Dan, the owner was very interesting and explained a lot of stuff that I had no idea about behind the making of candy.
If you're going through Superior you definitely should stop and visit Sweeden Sweets! (And if you live in Superior why haven't you been there yet? lol what are you waiting for?!?)

Sweden Sweets is the best Candy Store soda fountain and ice cream parlor in the Northland area including Duluth/Superior Area too they have a huge selection of nostalgia current old candy flavors tons of taffy flavors lots of popcorn ball flavors they make ice cream and fudge on site I love there Licorice selection and Love getting Ice cream there when I visit that area when I take up trip up North 3 to 4 times a year

Candy store filled with just about any candy you can imagine. I personally like to go there for the saltwater taffy and a couple other various candies. I also really enjoy their fudge especially the maple flavored fudge!!! It's also very close to home and the prices are very reasonable compared to other candy stores that I have been to that are in the area. If you have ever been to trembles in Hayward Wisconsin it's definitely not that but it's not far from it.
