Not only did they forget 2 potato tacos and the sauce I requested, but they still added tomatoes to my boyfriend's taco. I requested and saw the no tomatoes note on the receipt. My question is, what if someone was allergic to tomatoes?? How hard is it to not add something??

Meal took 20 minutes to make when I was the only person customer in the building. The quesadilla I bought was undercooked and they didn’t put any of my additional toppings that I paid extra for on there. The taco was so soggy that it fell apart when I picked it up. Save your money or go to a different location.

The service at the superior wi Taco Bell is awful! I had ordered 1 week ago and spoke with a manager about the rice in my burrito being rock hard. Then my boyfriend went back tonight to get a new order and include my 2 burritos. The young lady working the drive through with tattoos on her arms (I didn’t get her name) is awful. She constantly has an attitude and is super super rude over the drive through speaker! They were giving my boyfriend a very hard time about replacing my order. The rice was still rock hard on my tonight order. My orders are constantly being messed up, the chips and cinnamon twist almost always taste like chemicals, the chalupas are almost always stale. In general the service and food is trash!

Taco Bell isn't anything special. The place was not busy and it was still slow. The first kiosk didn't work and the second one did not have all the menu options loaded in it.
I really like having this place in Superior. It's nice that I don't have to go across the bridge anymore. Did have some issues with not getting hot sauce packets but they're doing a lot better now

EVERY single time i come here this specific girl here Teela is her name excuse me if i spelled it wrong she’s so rude always has a attitude and shoves the food in your face she’s done it to multiple people as well. TAKE HER OFF NIGHT SHIFT IF SHES GOING TO ACT THAT WAY.

I'm a vegetarian, 3 times now they have either mislabeled my food or straight up given me meat products vs my vegetarian ones. I ordered today hoping to get my order that was promised at 1pm at 1pm, but waited in the store for an additional 25 minutes before my order was ready. My food on several occasions has been stale or cold. Extremely unsatisfied with this location THEY ALSO IGNORE YOU WHEN YOURE STANDING AT THE FRONT COUNTER. IT TOOK 10 MINS FOR THEM TO TAKE MY ORDER AND THEN ANOTHER 15 BEFORE I GOT MY FOOD AND I WAS ONE OF 2 PPL IN THE RESTAURANT
