Really disappointed that they’ve replaced the drive thru with some automated machine. I tried to order a kids meal and ended up driving away because it was not hearing me correctly.

yo. absolutely not. went to the drive thru after work, and a clanker ai chat bot greets me, and tries to take my order. absolutely not. will not be going unless the lobby is open. foods great tho, so super bummed.

Once again I found myself near a Taco John's, went there ordered a Taco bowl with beef, no sour cream, and a potato ole. Order was done correctly. Staff was polite and professional. The drive thru is an artificial voice, I do ask if it can read back order. Food was good, convenient stop for a filling meal

First time at Taco Johns in Superior WI was on my way to Applebee's and Spotted the sign Taco Johns so my dad and I stopped there instead I used to love their potatoes way back when there were more Taco Johns locations but they are sooooooo spread apart it is hard to find any in the twin cities where I live
They use a stupid AI for drive-thru orders now. I drove up, it asked me to order in its dumb AI voice, I ordered, and it asked me if I was still there, and that I could begin my order. The idiot thing didn't even hear my order. I ended up just driving away...

Taco meat might have been held too long because it was orange and greasy looking but didn't think anything of it. We had intestinal problems the next day. 1st time in more than 30 years and hopefully the last. Still tasty though.
