I stopped in to Thirsty Pagan Brewing to try a couple of their brews. They had 9 of their beers on including an Amber, American pale ale, dark ale, west coast IPA, cream ale, an orange cream, pineapple pale ale, pilsner, and a Hazy IPA. Pagan has a nice outdoor seating area. The bar area had plenty of space with high ceilings, with lots of the historic feel that you expect in Superior. The service was friendly and fast. Pagan a full bar and a pizza and app menu if you get hungry. The Superior/Duluth area has a ton of brewery options and you should put this one on your list.

What a wonderful place! The beer is incredible and can only be outdone by the service, which is top tier.
Cool atmosphere, great food, fun recipes, nice staff. Nice that they do live music albeit not a perfect venue for it, but it works. Parking lot needs work, but all in all we're quite happy we went here tonight.

I stop here whenever I drive through Superior. Their beers are fantastic, their pizza is top class (especially if you favor a heavy hand with the garlic), and if you're there in the evening there's almost always good music to listen to. I only discovered the place a few years ago and now I never miss it, and they never disappoint.

Definitely lived up to its high Google ranking. The best pizza I have had in a very long time. Service was wonderful, and the atmosphere within the old train Depot was super cool!
I LOVE BREW PUBS I make it a habit to stop in and check out breweries across Minnesota and Wisconsin. My son recommended this spot and The Thirsty Pagan did not disappoint! The beer was excellent and the specialty pizza "Derailed" was what knocked it out of the park for me. It was a Saturday afternoon and they still had live music. A husband and wife singing well-known songs and playing the acoustic guitar. It really was a cool atmosphere. I will return to try their other brews and food choices. I highly recommend The Thirsty Pagan.
