The employees are kind and courteous the superior location is phenomenal they have absolutely the best pizza I ordered my first one a sausage and onion I asked him if they could chop up the onions a little bit finer because I have trouble swallowing due to my cancer they were happy to oblige and told me how sorry they was very sympathetic people they are absolutely helpful courteous respectful and they're all very nice people I haven't met a bad employee yet

Even with the late hour of 11 pm. Britney and Ed provided an excellent customer experience. Britney was graceful with me on the phone and understood my order perfectly, complicated as it was. Ed, masterfully crafted my take away pizza, and nailed my order just the way I like intuitively. I only wish they were both up for a pay raise, because they may be under appreciated for their acumen and customer service skills. I will return in hopes of finding a similar result. Toppers; make these two consultants for other locations, or make sure you focus on talent retention, because these two young people exceeded expectations and communicate well. And to customers, if you are looking for convenience, come to the toppers on tower, they cannot miss.

This place is disgusting. No one was wearing gloves. The lady that was making my pizza was talking about how she had a paper cut and then proceeded to make my pizza with no gloves……. Less than 1 star if I could……

It's a really good pizza if you can get one. Every time I order they send it to the wrong address. It never works out for me. Tried to have them fix the address multiple times but it doesn't work. tonight they were pretty honest with me though. I asked what to do and they just said "if your hungry I'd just order from someplace else". So at least they are being honest.

I ordered a pizza at 7pm they said 45 minutes at most. After an hour I called and they said it would probably be there in a couple of minutes... after forty five minutes of waiting I kept calling to cancel the order but nobody picked up and I called over twenty five times! It was three hours later, when the pizza guy showed up completely inebriated on what appeared to be some kind of uppers and got pissy, like what am I supposed to do with this now?! After the pizza I had ordered had been three hours late and out for delivery, for about an hour and a half and they wouldn't even answer their phone so that I could cancel it. This place is not worth it! You have significantly better service domino's! And considering how fast domino's gets it to you, it's worth the heartburn and possible diarrhea!!! This is maybe the eight or ninth time.This has happened in the past three months... I have kids.That's why because they keep asking for it..... Honestly 6-10 I would not recommend!

Driving home and ordered pizza when we were about a half hour away. App said it was ready in about 15 minutes. Arrived at the store hungry and the two people working had no clue where our order was. We were then told that "they were too busy to start it". We asked how long it would take for them to make it, they had no idea. Complete waste of our time.

I'm not usually one to complain. I understand things happen and that places get busy, however this will have to be the exception. I waited over 2 hours for my delivery. Not so much as an apology for the wait from Jamie, the person I spoke with on the phone. The delivery driver forgot my sauce, at least he was apologetic about it. Pizza and wings were cold when they arrived. I love Toppers but I won't be ordering from them again.

Quite honestly the most disgusting “pan” pizza i’ve ever had. I don’t know if the dough was made incorrectly or it was old, but it was awful. It was thin, tough, and had zero fluff to it. $70 worth of food and the only edible items were the boneless wings and Topperstix.

We ordered a pan pizza for takeout and when I bit into the bottom seemed doughy a mushie. The bottom of the whole pizza reminded me of the texture of a corn tortilla.
