Went a couple of weeks ago, ordered a Carmel iced coffee and got a regular iced coffee.Today I went ordered a caramel iced coffee, tasted great! Got bagel bites today as well.. I was upset because they were not warm at all.. seemed like they threw them in the microwave for 30 seconds… if that ? I wish I didn’t travel all day otherwise I could’ve warmed them up myself.Seems like this location is hit or miss.

I've always had a pleasant experience getting coffee from this location! The staff have been super friendly and fast. I use the mobile app so I order ahead and I haven't had any issues with an incorrect order.

First time ever going to d&d, ordered a breakfast sandwich. Took longer than it should (10-15 min). When I received it, it was cold. Breading was stale and as hard as a crouton, overcooked. The rest of the sandwich was tasteless. Plus it was over $5 , if it was good I would be happy with that. But this was far from good, almost could not eat. Never going to d&d again.

Dont order cakes from this location! Ordered a speciality cake for my sons birthday had nothing but issues. Didn't even come close to the picture. Asked to have it fixed my husband waited 50 minutes I'm store for a manager to come help. And they still couldn't fix it. Ordered flavors were incorrect. Also it was frosted with jamocha flavor for kids birthday. Go to Dairy queen instead

Terrible experience. The maple bacon egg sandwich was rubbery and awful. Clearly warmed in microwave with crossaint wet and not crispy. Coffee was watered down and server palmed it before giving to me so had to take cover off to drink! Donut was not what we ordered and it was dry. Service was terrible. We will never return.
How Could This Possibly Be 2Stars let’s give it a try. The order was missing 1 of 5 items. The bag was covered in frosting on the outside and we didn’t even order anything with frosting. Below is what the napkins looked like with out being used.” By us anyways” One of the sandwiches “ the one they didn’t forget” looks like they warmed up the egg ahead of time and then threw on a craft single when we ordered but the sandwich wasn’t warm enough to even melt the cheese. And the lid to the drink was very clearly dropped on the floor before put on the drink. Save yourself the emotional trauma and just go to the Starbucks across the road.

Went to get a birthday cake that was nowhere near what was requested. The size was smaller than it should, frosting smeared, did not have candy toppings and the writing was barely legible. I asked the guy in the store and he said they just got a new cake person and told me I had to contact corporate for any refunds.I emailed corporate and the manager reached out who said there was nothing they could do because I didn’t leave cake. Explained that wasn’t an option given and I was told I could do nothing in store.I would not recommend this store and go elsewhere for your cake needs.
