Has not once ever gotten my order correctly, takes 15 min to even get through 3 cars , and once got a stomach ache from eating there chicken nuggets . This location has lost my business for good . 🤬

Every single time I’ve come here it’s been disappointing. Waited 10 minutes in line with only 3 cars for a simple Coca Cola. Only to be told at the checkout that it wasn’t available. Avoid at all costs. Place is horrible.

Worst location I have ever been to ever hands down my entire life. Dramatic but true. They will not make McFlurry. They mess up sandwiches. They give you coffee with syrup when you state no sugar! They will not refund you when the order is incorrect. I have called the corporate complaint line and nothing changes. These are my experiences over 10 years. This is not a one time issue. They do not apologize for bad service. Literally do not care, and I have no idea how they are still in business.

Worst service I have ever had. Kiosk was out of paper. Ended up ordering twice. Found out later charge went through, $50 plus bill. Never got the first order. Told manager. Said she was too busy. If your going to use kiosk, you better provide customer with a receipt.

Stop with the automated "will you be using the app today?" It does nothing but annoy! like when you're on hold and it interups the hold making you think someone is there but then goes back on hold.
