ordering and picking the pizza up was efficient and ready at the time I selected. The only thing that got me was the fact I HAD to place a tip with the online order, or it would not go through. That is not cool. Obviously, not against employees but against being forced to leave a tip to be able to complete an order is just wrong.

I Ordered online hours ahead to pick up my order at 4:00. I used one of the rewards that I had earned to get $5 off my pizzas. When I showed up, there were about 15 angry customers in line. The guy at the register was arguing with them which was very unprofessional. Some how all of the people had ordered online and there were no pizzas to be had. At one point an employee told a customer that even if he wanted to make a pizza he couldn't because they didn't have any of that size left. I was on a schedule so I couldn't sit around and wait for an explanation, so I went next door and picked up frozen pizzas. I tried to call numerous times that evening to get a refund but nobody picked up the phone at all. I got an email the next day notifying me that I had gotten a refund. At no point was I offered an explanation or apology and I'm pretty sure my $5 reward was not refunded. I usually have no issue, but this time it was awful, it could have been handled better in many ways.

Ordered online and they didn’t put my hair loc bread and monkey bread with order so I had to go all the way back to retrieve it

Skip it. Hours are bad even midday they are closed. Murphy's is great pizza, but this place unfortunately can't staff it.

Best Papa Murphys location out there. Great pizza great staff and the best manager for the store.

Very few things in life are consistent, but the food from Papa Murphy's is one of them.The people working here are hard working and polite, and I've never had to worry about a bad order or mistakes. Order, pick up, enjoy.Great work, guys.
