The single most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever been in. Literally poop on the outside door handle. And not fresh like fossilized from being there so long. Pee all over the floor absolutely gross

the girl working drive through is quiet I couldn’t hear her, and they forgot one of my steak quesadillas.

Went here the other night and the service was terrible. Ordered 6 standard things and it took 35 minutes to get my food. There was 1 person in the lobby ahead of me and 2 cars in the drive thru. From what it looked like there were 6 people in the back working. I've never waited this long for food from a Taco Bell.

I arrived at the busiest time of the day and the drive thru was backed up and the inside was packed. I still got my food after the longest wait. The workers looked stressed but glad they remained calm. Congrats. Ice machine was broken but they still offered ice. Food was hot, clean, and super delicious.

Went there to pick up my order due to the door dash didnt have the correct address because on there site its a wrong one
So I called the store and asked them if they had my order and they said yes and I told the manager since door dash cant find you I will be on my way. So on my way my order was canceled but I still went there. Once I got there I approached the counter where a female came up to me and asked me what do I need I explained to her that I called and would like to speak to a manager she just starred at me and said k and walked away from me so I stepped to the side because someone else came up to the counter and some other guy came up to the counter and asked what I needed and I explained again waiting here to talked to the manager and this guy literally said okay whatever like really no need for the attitude. So the manager came up to me and I explained who I was and I was the one that called and the manager did a great job. But the other employees the mean mugging me and the way I was treated was uncalled for. I was polite the whole entire time not once was I rude. So going foward like location i will never be coming to again n will never recommend someone to come here.

Waited in line for 10 minutes to place our order at the counter and was completely ignored by 3 different employees and ended up leaving and going somewhere else. If you’re going to be open, staff your damn restaurant.
When you come here make sure you add an extra 30-60 minutes to your schedule. This place is never fast and efficient whoever manages this place should be fired. Waiting in the drive through time and time again is just absurd. As I stated before whoever is the manager should be replaced. I hope they're also reading this review. Cooperate should be involved at this point. I get a few times but it's literally every damn time coming here during my work lunch break that's maybe once every other week. I think I'm an idiot for coming here at this point.

I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and got served quicker. Sat in line for at least 20 minutes before moving. Terrible service and will not be going back
The man at the drive through on May 9th gave us a whole bag of hot sauce and I think my friend found her soul mate
Very impressed with the professionalism of these workers tonight. They were dealt a curveball when someone ordered a 61 item order on door dash and still managed to fulfill that order + the orders inside in a timely manner. Please reward these fine individuals for their great work.
First 2 visits great. This visit waited 35 min for nuggets and potatoes. Wendsday 7pm all 3 times.
45 mins in the drive thru is unacceptable.
