I'm telling you; customer service, true to form customer service is dying off everywhere. It seems like everyone is ok with it. I am not. My money goes to those that show me they want it. The guys working drive-thru here get it. They treated like a friend would since my first visit. I hail from West Bend, two Taco Bell locations. I recommend neither one. The one in Sussex though? They'll treat you right. Please keep it up guys! You have a regular in me every time I leave work for a bite to eat on the way home. <3

No body at the front counter to take an order. Waited for the drive thru traffic to be cleared. Called to the woman working the drive thru if anyone was here to wait on customers, and absolutely no response!! No eye contact or any communication. Filthy inside, grungy looking employees!!! Glad we didn’t eat here. Disgusting.

This location has improved. Everyone is really friendly and seems to take pride in their work, from what I've witnessed. The food comes out quick and consistent. They seem to try new things on the menu. So you can never get bored, while also being able to order old favorites.

This location is the best Taco Bell that I've ever been to.
This is one of the better Taco Bell's I've been to. I live in Pewaukee and I prefer going to this Taco Bell in Sussex. The service is fast accurate and the portions are great.

Usually they give good and speedy service, and i appreciate that! sometimes my orders get messed up here and there but everyone makes mistakes. the night time service on the other hand is almost never good, especially tonight. i sat in the drive thru for about 5-7 minutes and no answer, not even a “can you hold for a second”. so even though i saw online they don’t close until 12, i assumed they closed early. yet, i drove past and saw an employee just chilling on the drive thru window. unless there was something else going on i didn’t know about, that kind of service is terrible.

THEY DONT HAVE THE BREEZE PART. approximately 10:15 on 4/21 I just wanted some nacho fries… I ordered the largest one cause i’m fat. However they gave me it with MEAT. I DONT EAT MEAT. i tried again and they just gave me a side of cheese. no fries. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Cheese came eaten and I still paid $13.42 FOR THE CHEESE. Would recommend the next door mcdonald’s way more. Jared is a G.
