I enjoyed Shully's food as the catering at a wedding I was recently in. When I say the food was better than most restaurant food I've had recently, please know I am not exaggerating. I generally don't get my hopes up for wedding food because obviously its tough to get that much food prepared and served in such a quick time but when I say every dish was perfect I mean EVERY dish was perfect. The salads were fresh and crisp with a wonderful dressing, the beef (my meal) was tender and well seasoned, the chicken dish (my seat-neighbor who let me try haha) was truly some of the best chicken I've had in the city of MKE-- extremely moist with a wonderful sauce, and I even tried the fish dish even though I'm not much of a fish person-- and I loved it!!

I was able to attend the pre-wedding tasting with the couple and working with Kayla (via The George and Madcap lounge) was a delight-- she came with creative ideas for the reception and was very patient when we asked questions about what was and wasn't possible. The company was also very understanding and accommodating with allergies and/or different dietary restrictions. We had a number of coeliac folks at the wedding and they were all very impressed and felt very good that the food they were eating was properly prepared and they could enjoy it without concern for a reaction.

I am telling anyone I know that is searching for a caterer to seek out Shully's!! I'd happily go to any event that served their food.

From the planning process through the wedding day, the entire team was organized, professional, and wonderful to work with. Kayla did an incredible job helping coordinate the details and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.

One of the highlights of the night was the custom small plate menu that the Shully’s team helped us create. It perfectly matched the space and the cocktail-style vibe of our wedding, and our guests absolutely loved it. We received so many compliments throughout the night about how incredible the food was.

The team was incredibly attentive — they made sure we had food brought to us so we didn’t miss anything, remembered our preferred drinks, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the evening.

The staff was constantly moving, passing food to guests, keeping the space clean, and making sure everything flowed smoothly. It made the entire evening feel effortless from our perspective.

We are so grateful to the Shully’s team for helping create such a fun and memorable experience and would absolutely recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.

Shully’s Catering exceeded every expectation and then some. Coming into our wedding, they had big shoes to fill with the shift from Saz’s to Shully’s, and they handled that transition with remarkable professionalism, grace, and care. Any kinks that came with the change were met head on by their team, calmly and thoughtfully, making the entire process feel steady and reassuring instead of stressful.

I admittedly had a bit of a meltdown and panic while speaking with their coordinator and she made me feel completely at ease and not insane for panicking.

On the day of the wedding, Shully’s truly knocked it out of the park. The food was beautifully presented, and endlessly complimented by our guests. Every detail felt intentional, and the service was seamless. Their staff was attentive, polished, and incredibly kind, moving through the evening with confidence and warmth that made everyone feel well cared for.

What stood out most was how invested Shully’s was in making everything feel right. They didn’t just step in; they stepped up, honoring the moment and delivering an experience that felt elevated and memorable. We are so grateful for the care they put into our day and would wholeheartedly recommend Shully’s Catering to anyone looking for a team that delivers exceptional food, exceptional service, and complete peace of mind.

Cool place!

During a once in a million year storm on August 9, 2025, in Milwaukee, Shully's made our backyard wedding dinner into an absolute dream. Really, their efforts went way beyond just providing our catering and we are truly thankful for your proactive attitude and last-minute pivots in planning due to the weather. On top of that, the food belongs truly to one of the best vegetarian meals I have ever had in my life!! I enjoyed every bite!! So thank you very much for delivering top quality through a once-in-a-million-year storm, while keeping a smile on your faces : ) You helped to make this day into an unforgettable and joyous experience!

We had a Portuguese themed party this summer to celebrate the marriage of our son and daughter-in-law and we wanted Mediterranean food/beverage throughout. Shully’s did a spectacular job thanks to the extensive training of Chef Hadley who had been in Sicily for training recently. All of our guests commented that it was the most delicious food they had ever had at a catered event and by far the most creative. The paella, tapas, and all the displays were spectacular. I can’t recommend them highly enough! The best part was also their full commitment to making our party very special and we want them to know how much we appreciated their efforts!

I attended a professional dinner at the Zoofari Conference center that was catered by Shully’s. I was very impressed by the food and the service. I had never heard of them but they are now at the top of my list for the next event I need catered. Delicious meal!
