I have eaten here a few times in the past 18 months. I have been stopping every time I pass through.I am not really a fan of the burgers. they have some sort of high tech burger cooker I believe. I don't think it makes very good burgers. I don't know how the machine works, but it would be similar to cooking a burger in the microwave. there is no grilled texture or flavor to the outside. it just tastes like meat. my friend ate here with me in my last visit, he also did...
We stopped there for the first time and sat at a high top in the bar. It was very clean. The food was excellent: pulled pork, tater tots, fries. Few fry potatoes as well as they do. The serving was ample. There was room for improvement. 1) It took an incredibly long time to get food. We did consider leaving. 2) Of the 3 women I saw working behind the bar, only one seemed to understand that they’re in the hospitality industry. The other two looked/ acted unhappy to be working...
