Since no one answers the phone. This is the 2nd time we have not gotten 2 liters we ordered. Last time one pepsi. Tonight I paid for 3 two liters of Pepsi and got one.. no one answers the phone and when they do they put me on hold and do not return. I understand everyone is short staffed and mistakes are made but this is very bad customer care.
Really bummed that I had a 50% off coupon come in my email if I ordered online. Unfortunately after putting the order through I had it pop up that that coupon is not honored by this store. I guess we won't be ordering tonight.
Accuracy is poor, customer service was dishonest and rude. paid for a pizza that we didnt get. Will never order again from tomah pizza hut!!!
