As I was waiting on my food a male worker said to the other (so loud the entire place heard him) I ALWAYS NEW YOU WERE GAY. That is very unprofessional and demeaning. It should not be in a workplace at all.
i'm in a band and we travel a lot, eating on the road often. this taco bell was a great stop. food came out almost instantly, hot and ready to go. everything looked picture perfect, filled well with even toppings. the cashier even cracked a little joke with us we checked out, a welcome bit of human connection during a long stretch of road. 10/10 would stop again

Staff have become 100% focused on drive-thru service and completely "IGNORE" counter patrons. I waited to have my order taken and was never acknowledged, by 6 employees, that I was even standing there. The window employee finally told me to use a kiosk to order. While ordering, the 6 employees finished with drive-thru and were just standing around visiting. Not good!
