This restaurant has switched to all kiosk ordering, and it is not helpful or easier for customers or employees. It would have taken much less time to walk up, look at a menu and order, all with the assistance of a cashier. It is NOT customer friendly and in fact is alienating.
Stopped here on the way to Minnesota. So very pleasantly surprised to see taco bell so inclusive. I believe all 3 employees at this location are disabled and they got our order to us on time! To the people complaining about this location being slow, please be considerate.
I’ve been a regular at the Taco Bell in Tomah, Wisconsin, for about half a month now, and I must say, the experience has been consistently fantastic. What really makes this location stand out is the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff, especially the cashiers.
