“We were there over Labor Day weekend with our grandkids. The manager was very patient with the kids ordering. He even joked with them and asked the names of the stuffed animals they were holding. Tasty ice cream waterside and a welcoming atmosphere make this a must visit place in Tomahawk!“
“Food was great and I used the app to get a great deal. However, I left my keys and phone at my table on the chair. I had called three times and was told they were too busy to check and they had just thrown out the garbage and I was about ready to dig through the garbage before I went in to check and it was still sitting there. I was a little upset that they couldn't just look around the corner and save a lot of worry and stress but at least I found them. But the place was clean and the food was good and the service was prompt.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is nice and bright and open. They have a pretty decent play area that has its own door in and out also to the restaurant and outside.“
“There’s something for everyone anytime of year here. My partner and I had a great dinner here on a snowy Saturday night. I ordered a bowl of their homemade soup to start. The soup of the day was chicken dumpling, my favorite! He had a patty melt which looked great and he finished all of it! I also ordered the cherry bomb shrimp and a side salad which made for a perfect light dinner, all while looking out the window to a view of lake nokomis and one of this years first snow falls. The perfect November view. We browsed the extensive winter drink menu also and overall had a great visit. We will be back again soon.“
