We were afraid the food was going to be greasy boy were. We surprised the Rubens are made fresh and the meat is cooked fresh every day. My hamburger tasted like it was almost buffalo burger. The waitresses were awesome. Good selection of beer. This was a very fun place to goand eat right on the lake.
We were headed home from a trip to the UP and googled places to eat in Tomahawk. The internet was right, this is a wonderful place to eat. Our server, Shannon, was the best. The food was delicious. It was just a little ways off 51 but we'll worth the drive.
Stopped for a fish fry on our way to the cabin, and this was by far the best fish I've had!! Everything else leaves a bit to be desired, but damn that was the most moist and flavorful fish I've had in a minute!
