Really great bar with a great view of the water. Some of the comfiest bar stools on the planet. Service was great, bartender was super busy, but she stayed on top of it and was always friendly. We didn't eat, but the food coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic.
Our friends turned us on to Castaways, & now we can’t get enough of it. The appetizers are great (Reuben rolls are homemade too), our son had the monster Wisco burger and boy, that thing is huge, plus other burgers & sandwiches. This last visit we had fish fry, fish tacos, baked haddock & more. All of our fish dishes were really good. The clam chowder soup and beer cheese soup were excellent. We enjoyed the beer at Castaways, but unfortunately the food wasn't our favorite. The chicken salad sandwich didn't taste right, and was quite wet. The bread itself tasted stale as well. Good spot for drinks, but if I were to go back I would probably pass on the food.
