“I had the Buddhist delight vegetables on the lunch menu today. The main dish was fresh and a very good quality. There was no fresh white rice coming with the meal only fried rice, which I don’t like because you can’t tell how old it is. The eggroll was good, especially after I soaked it in the soup. The portions were medium small The sweet-and-sour soup was not that good in my humble opinion, but it’s probably the norm for that type of soup The atmosphere was minimal, but clean. (although I think I recall a very subtle smell of mold entering the building) Service was excellent and quick; wonderful people. For a small town, mom and Pop restaurant I would give them a four instead of a five because of the atmosphere and the plastic dishes. Or maybe a three because this restaurant is putting out a large volume of plastic into the landfill. (Reminds me of Taiwan, where everyone eats in these plastic containers that can take hundreds, if not even thousands of years to break down in the soil And can leach chemicals into the food.) I didn’t eat the soup because I didn’t want to put a plastic spoon into a hot soup. But comparing them to all restaurants (which is not really fair ) II would give them a three because of the atmosphere and the plastic containers.“
