This was a horrible experience, when we got into the restaurant there was only three people in line. It took over a hour just to start the order, we ordered two sandwiches and two drinks and it took the worker about 15 minutes to finish the order. Even at the end the worker messed up and charged us too much money, but by that time we were done and tired of standing.
Hours online said open until 9pm. Walked in at 8:31pm, and the worker had already put away all the veggies and meat for the night. Was told to go to spooner if I wanted sandwiches.
This is the second time this has happened here. I won’t be going back again.
Over cooked or stale bread! ? hard and crumbly and it was not toasted. 3 sandwiches were this way. Very disappointing!! Only one person working with “visiting friends” standing around talking to said employee.

Update: Since posting this my husband called Chris and had some words with him regarding his customer service and business practices. Chris apologized to my husband, but then saw I posted an honest poor review from my dealings with him, his store and his employee and proceeded to repeatedly test my husband along with texts containing my review and demands from Chris to my husband to call him back. Not only did I have a repulsive interaction with him, he is now harassing my husband. If anyone knows the owner or who I can contact, leave a review with the information please and thank you! I’m in the process of making a formal complaint about Chris, Thomas and the Trego, Wi Subway store.
I had ordered online and paid online to go pick up my order. I went to start my car and it wouldn’t start. I tried for 30 minutes with no success. I called the Trego Subway and didn’t get an answer. While waiting to call again I kept trying my car. No luck, so I called again and got Thomas on the phone and told him I had to cancel my order because my car wouldn’t start. He paused and then repeated “so you just need to cancel your order?” I said yes. He said ok and I thanked him. We both hung up. Then I received another called that I let go to voicemail while trying to fix my car and it was Chris the general manager leaving me a nasty email telling me I owed for my order, but he’ll such up the cost of making it. What? So Subway now charges to have the sandwich made AND your bill for the food?? I called him back and made sure it was him on the phone. I told him he owed me an apology because I had already paid for my food online. He again said I owed for the time making the food and he’ll such up that cost. All while interrupting me when I was trying to say not once did I ask for a refund. He then hung up on me. 30 seconds later he called again talking to me like a child and telling me he’s out money and they do charge for making the sandwich AND the bill for the food. He refused to give me his bosses name and number to be able to make a formal complaint about the way I was being treated, the lies he and Thomas were saying and trying to charge me for things that don’t get charged! Horrible horrific General Manager! Never ever should someone be treated that way!

Worker Spiritboy was Awesome! Very polite and as I enjoyed my drink and sandwich that he made with satisfaction. He kept himself busy cleaning and prepping bread while attentively paying attention to costumers!

Bread was hard. Wrinkled, mushy (not fresh) veggies. Lady was rude. Will not be patronizing Subway any longer…the quality just isn’t there for the price.

The crack-head female with prison tattoos is a treat to deal with. Was going to order 4 sandwiches and she was on her cell phone, said 'what do you want' and when we told her what we were purchasing, she went bisirk- because she was 54 minutes from closing. (She thought it was after 8:30.) She absolutely snapped. We left without completing our order. Don't go here. This isn't the first time that we've had this experience, with said employee.

I’ve only been here one time so I don’t have the full story/ins and outs of this specific subway, however the oneexperience I did have here was phenomenal. Although they were a little understaffed, the guy making the sandwiches was super friendly. I’ve been getting the same subway order for about a year: Italian bread, turkey breast, shredded mozzarella, pickles, tomatoes, chipotle sauce, and I get it toasted. I really love pickles and so I asked for extra pickles and he actually gave me a lot of pickles so I was very happy with the serving sizes.
