We stopped into The Station this morning to grab some coffee before heading into Perrot State Park. This coffee shop is just adorable, it’s full of local art and you can tell it’s a local favorite, as while we were there, I heard several friendly exchanges between the staff and customers. We had the immense pleasure of chatting with Shirley, who came to tell us all about the must see places in Trempealeau and surrounding areas after fixing up our drinks. She was super knowledgeable about the area, and made some great suggestions! My husband and I ordered an Americano and a lakeside latte , and at the last minute decided to grab a couple of donuts (homemade and FRESH!) and it was all fantastic.

Great cute little coffee shop with good espresso, rotating selections for coffee and pastries. The mocha i ordered came out perfect. Iced vanilla latte was also delicious and we'll flavored. Not overly sweet but not burnt with espresso. Was perfect.

If you get a chance, absolutely stop by The Station. They brew great coffee and make some excellent food. If you're lucky you might get Shirley to tell you a story or two. She's is a fantastic storyteller and has the best laugh. Getting to share a little time with her brightened our day.

Cute shop, coffee drinks are good and small sandwiches are ok. However, waiting over 25 minutes for two bagel sandwiches was a bit much, especially after one wasn't made correctly and the one meant for me was given to someone else that ordered after me. No apologies, just sloppy service. Three teenagers and an adult on staff today and I think they all need better supervision.
