“Love this vineyard!! A bit more refined than other wineries in the area. Great selection of whites and reds. Love the ambiance and service is always friendly!! The import some of the red grapes from California for their reserves which I think is a pretty good indication that their winemakers know what grapes are really well produced in Wisconsin. They host yoga and wine in the summer time which is great and I've gone several times.”
“Love this place so much!Right off the bike trail in historic downtown Trempealeau, if you’re looking for a come-as-you-are atmosphere with an elevated menu, this is your place! We used to get Broach’s rendition of the famous Walnut burger in Madison, and the original knocked our socks off. Aside from this mainstay, they also offer inventive and seasonal (rotating) items. One we hope to see a return on was the sweet corn creme brulee. I still dream about it!If you love good food, this is your place.”
“Stopped in while exploring the town for brunch. Absolutely loved our time and the food! The owner, Shirley, was extremely friendly and made us feel very at home! We look forward to the next time we get to come visit!”
“Cute little cafe with fresh bakery, ice cream, coffee and other food items. Fast service and a cozy seating area. I tried the pumpkin spice latte and, not gonna lie, it's better than Starbucks. My husband got a medium roast coffee and liked it as well. I'm glad I finally got to try this place out! I'm usually too busy fishing to get here before they close for the day.”
“This place is a treat!! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the crowd was even welcoming, the wings are huge and sooo tasty. They have bingo on Wednesday nights too! Definitely going to be a regular stop from now on:)”
“Yes, in this tiny little town, I had the best pizza I had for years. They do pizza right by heaps of cheese and toppings, not bread! While everyone else props their crust, the bread, Piccadilly Circus Pizza puts the focus where it should be, cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Delicious!”
“Visiting the area and had a great time. Fairly priced drinks and fun atmosphere (made friends with some locals). Only reason it isn't 5 stars: the 2nd relief bartender was definetly more interested in visiting than efficiency (though even that wasn't terrible; there was a party/function going on so it felt a little busy for one bartender).”
“Very nice . Bar good atmosphere we were in the area and the gentleman we were doing business with suggested them. Very clean good bartender excellent food we were very happy. I had grilled chicken sandwich tender and juicy my hubby has chicken bacon ranch wrap he said very good and beer battered ”
“Great little theme bar. Smallish menu with burgers, sandwiches, apps and pizza. Daily specials. The pizza is fantastic and made fresh, not you typical bar pizzas. Love that you can choose thin or regular crust as I’m a thin crust fan. Don’t sleep on the hot honey cheese bites - just get them. I wanted to order a second basket!Darts and pool tables are available to use.Service was fast and the staff are super friendly. Note that there’s a 3.5% service fee for credit card purchases.”
“Sherry was our server. What an absolute delight!! She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. When we checked out we all had coupons for a free drink and she re-ran our receipts. She is awesome and I hope next time I’m back with a group she is our server again! 10/10!”
“Staff was attentive and polite, when not busy with guests they were all busy cleaning, prepping etc. But always had an eye on the guests. So refreshing to have such wonderful service an not a one was tied up with their ”
“Best Bloody Mary I have ever tasted. Hand mixed by the owner with relish stick that screams Wisconsin! Pickle, meat and cheese! The pickle is homemade and worth going back for a second Bloody Mary. Great place to sit, enjoy a drink and enjoy life!”
“First time trying the pizza. Unfortunately, I didn't care for it. The crust was hard. Toppings were portioned well. Although the cheese was, in my opinion, too much. Fortunately, the fried green beans were amazing and the fried mushrooms were good. Will visit again, just won't be getting pizza.”
“Honestly one of the best non-planned places we ever ate! We were driving around on a road trip since we came in for a short training at Ft. McCoy. We got hungry and googled a place to eat which led us to The Shed. Awesome cheese curds, pulled pork and baked beans. Locals talked to us at the bar and the bartender/owner was very attentive.”
“Great atmosphere. You walk in and it’s got a red ambiance to the lighting. They are known for their martinis. Nice salad bar. They brought us bread too! Everything was delicious. Coke in a can. Our waitress was Rachel who was attentive and checked with us appropriately to make sure everything was top notch. She was also patient with me during my ordering process in repeating herself. There was a young man named Max whi was constantly staying busy and who was very attentive to guest needs and smiley. He offered to put my food in a box. Very friendly and good demeanor. Definitely a standout employee. As we were leaving the bartender wished us a good night. It had a nice midwestern feel to the whole evening. Also, if you’re an Elvis fan the ladies bathroom will be your favorite bathroom. Will go back.”
“I have been to Twin Bluffs and restaurant. Not only do they have very good food and the drinks ate great but I enjoy the great atmosphere and the people are very laid back, easy place to enjoy a peaceful time, viewing the soundings, and the inside is roomy and clean. The river near by is so beautiful. I've also really enjoy the live bands they have, wonderful to listen to or dance. A all around great place to enjoy, whether it day or evening I've experienced both. The owner and staff have really a great job on making it a very pleasant place to be. Of course I'm always goin back. Thanks Dave and crew for always goin out of ur way to patrons.”
“Best small town bar. Everyone is always friendly. All ages can go on in have a good time. The patio and view are always a must see. Bartenders here all have a good sense of humor too”
“Were there last night(12/23/23) to try Angry's Way Out for the first time. The bartender was sassy, fun, and made our experience even better! Tried three different pizzas and were surprised at the deep layers of toppings. Good strong drinks ..Yum! Good variety on menu for those who don't want pizza. We'll be back!Kid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere, Christmas movie on one TV, but other TVs with variety. Bar was busy but not super loud for kids”
“This is the cutest little coffee shop! They serve all kinds of drinks, sandwiches and snacks. There's a gift section too! Try the hot apple chai-der! You won't regret it:)”
“Always worth stopping I always see something new and amazing I love it!! How much longer doeS this review need to be I guess if you are looking on yelp for guidance your prolly an idiot but hey stop at toms smart or d*** they will help u get your drink on! Like I said I luv it!”
“LOVE this course! I live an hour away but we always make sure to get here at least once or twice every summer... and would love to come more. The 3rd 9 - Green Monster - is always fun. Beautiful course at a great price! Friendly staff and great food too!! I highly recommend!!”
“This was such a lovely little bakery to stop at! They had a nice selection of pastries to choose from and they were very reasonably priced! We stopped once and had to go back again! I recommend trying the cookies!”
“If you like Kwik Trip food this is it but better and for better value. There are also additional options that Kwik Trip doesn’t offer. The portion sizes are huge and the food is hot and fresh. Order from a menu at the Hearty Platter counter and then grab a coffee or a Buddy (free refills of both when dining in), and check out at the Kwik Trip register with your drink and Hearty Platter receipt. Sit down at a table and someone will bring you your food. No tips required but if you do tip they are donated to a charity.”
“It looks big on the outside but small on the inside but everything was so good my waitress was nice. I am a single mom, and my kids went to there dads. I went here by myself and my waitress she talked to me and made me feel comfortable and made me feel like a friend. It was really nice.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options there are a lot of who are allergic to milk then you realize”
“The Bacon Cheeseburger was out of this world! Had a few drinks where the service was exceptional. I even had to buy a t-shirt "I love Day Drinking"! The atmosphere was low keyed and laid back. I would definitely recommend this place!”
“I’ve been going to Wasons for years. It has been awhile since I visited. What happened to the salad bar??? Lettuce, two dressings, onion( watery) tomato, cottage cheese, cheese, coleslaw, one soup. I was so disappointed. I was looking forward to a great salad before dinner. The Friday fish and shrimp were very tasty. I just expected more from the salad bar.”
“This is the greatest subway of all time the staff is super friendly and willing to help in anyway possible when it comes to making you the perfect sandwich. The young man named Abraham is an excellent employee always helpful and on task. That man deserves a raise on god no cap bruh.”
“I asked my 7 year old daughter what star rating we should give. She said the food was 5 stars, but the room temp was freezing cold so she said 4 stars. I think she was spot on. Great food, pretty good service, just super cold inside. We got her a blanket and wrapped her up. Could see other people wearing shorts rubbing their legs because they were cold. Wouldn't keep us from going back, we'd just wear a jacket and bring a blanket for the kids in the summer kind of thing. Lol. Just suggest finding a happy medium between comfortable temp for staff who are actively walking around, and guests who are sitting and are noticeably freezing.”
