I usually go here when visiting family and haven’t normally had any issues however I went to the the new BBQ tossed chicken strips and the Turtle lake, Amery, and St Croix falls WI charge you more for the tossed strips and they don’t even toss them they only give you a side of sauce and when I confronted stafff they were not any help

The outter atmosphere is slightly lacking but that's on Turtle Lake, honestly. I wound up going through the drive thru. The process was as simple as it gets. Order, drive up and pay, get your food. Only issue I had was the car in front of me who was slower than the average snail. Food was still warm and the order was good...except that it wasn't my order. Didn't realize until I got home. It was delicious anyways. Despite the error? Thank you for the service.

Before Culvers, DQ was the only place to go for ice cream treats. This place should get serious about having at least one experienced competent employee in house at all times. High schoolers are OK but you need a leader.My cone was OK, but they did not have any “cherry” (red) dip.

Parking: Lots of space to park, even if towing a trailer or boat.

Kid-friendliness: Language of employees may not be kid friendly.
