“Been meaning to try this place for ages it felt like. Finally went today, and what a fun and funky little atmosphere! Coffee was top tier, and they had the cutest little shop area with all kinds of fun things to purchase! My biggest pro was that they offer online ordering. I get crazy anxiety ordering coffee in person lol with online ordering I can get EXACTLY what I want, anxiety free. They also have a rewards program. These are the 2 biggest reasons I like Starbucks more than other local coffee shops, I’m ashamed to say. This will be a new regular coffee spot for me!“

“First time eating at Cool City Brewing Company and we loved it! Both of our meal were delicious and the space was tasteful. There were games to play as well while hanging out in the space. The outdoor dog area seems nice as well! Definitely recommend the soup flight - I had chicken tortilla and creamy roasted carrot.“

“I made an order through door dash. A Big Mac meal and 2 side sauces. They only delivered the side sauces, no meal. I called and spoke to Mia. I hope I’m sharing that correctly. She was so nice and called door dash and went through all the steps trying to help me to no avail, no fault of her own. But she spent the time to try and help me. These days that’s so rare. So, I put in another order. It showed up with this note and an apple pie I didn’t order. Such a thoughtful but tiny gesture that goes so far. This is how businesses should teach their employees to operate. If you look, you’ll see I never leave reviews. Mia deserved this one. I cant remember the last time somebody has genuinely taken the time to understand frustration with a food order. Cheers Mia!“

“I am very particular about my coffee. I drink a lot of coffee and was a trucker, drank coffee from different places though out the country. Everyone always gives raves about all the coffee shops but drink it with cream, sugar and other stuff and don't know the difference of good nor bad cup. I drink it black. Her coffee does not taste like a burnt couch like the rest of the shops. And at $2.75 for a medium cup is well worth it! Starbucks can learn things from this little coffee shop! Outstanding business!“

“I am sad because the staff are always so nice but most of the time my order isn't right. Today, I ordered a cranberry orange muffin (the ONLY reason I ordered a muffin was because I wanted to try that one) and got a blueberry....and there is definitely no caramel in my iced coffee, it's just cream and coffee. Sometimes when I go, my coffee is so perfect and delicious, and the staff is always so nice but it's few and far between lately. I want to recommend them but I am scared to because my order is rarely correct. Tired of spending money and not getting what I ordered :(“
