Normally don’t have issues here, but the last couple times I’ve ordered a steak bagel meal, and they don’t have the breakfast sauce on them. And this last time there was a strip of bacon on the sandwich.
Drive thru order could hear my order. Order fish filet no cheese no sauce got order had cheese. Wanted a bundle when asked if we wanted fries and drink said yes but she didn't hear that. Then, when we asked if we could get another coke at the pickup window, we were told we had to drive thru again. I went in to get the fish filet corrected and was told sorry, but then explained plain on that order would have cheese. I told him it was ordered no cheese or sauce, not plain....
Food is always good, better than most McDonald's that I have been to. The service.. on the other hand.. extremely slow ? . Day shift that ive seen likes to have full blown conversations with people they know that are coming through the drivethru. Shouldn't take 20 mins from the time I get to the intercom to when im driving away. Night shift tends to have attitudes, but it is fast food work and from my short stint many years ago, I can't really blame them for having...
