September 21, 2025. Thought we would try again since we had amazing service for my birthday. Came in. We received menus right away. Ordered food. Nearly the same as before. At this point, we have no idea what our servers name is. FYI WE ARE STILLING SITTING HERE. Not once did she ask us how things were going. Need to have more pep in her step. A young lady kept coming to talk our server. As my boyfriend was done eating. She asked us we if wanted more to drink. We said no. She gave us our check. Found out her name is Kassie. All of a sudden she was happy go lucky.
February 5, 2015 Sara was the best. My grilled chicken sandwich was good. Could have been a bigger piece. The fish was not that good.
One thing I do not like is that the servers are supposed to share their tips. I asked my server if I could speak with the manager ro see if I could give her the tip and no one else. He said that was possible.

Their food is great, but every time I order for pick up they have an attitude and are impatient, restaurants who offer pick should have available personnel to take orders, it’s always the bartender and today I said you seem busy cancel the order they just hung up what happened to costumer service? Sad that even the food is good I will not reach out to be treated like this

After moving back to Wisconsin I have been on the hunt for a great fish fry. Disappointed in the places that we tried. Until we tried here. The absolute best fish, large flaky fish with a great breading. The slice of soft bread and I had the hash browns for my side. I’m going to say that after searching for the best, I found it. Repeat customer for sure.
Such friendly and helpful staff! Place was packed, but the cooks and wait staff still managed to do a wonderful job. We will definitely be coming back

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered 2 appetizers. The servers were rude and my food was worse. I ordered chicken wings and fried shrimp that tasted rotten. Everything was awful save your money.
