I stopped today after a long boycott. Probably will be my last time. My beef and cheddar was a damn mess. The bun was stale and crumbled half way through eating the sandwich.

Ran out of roast beef. Told me there was enough for a double when I ordered a half pounder. I said OK. Reimbursed me for the half pound. Didn't get any sandwich from them whatsoever!!! Thought I was getting the double for free?! No. Wasn't even asked if I wanted something else?! HOW DOES AN ARBY'S RUN OUT OF ROAST BEEF?!?!?! LMFAO

I stopped by today to get lunch at the drive-thru which was incredibly slow. Had to wait 5 to 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker until I could place my order. And when I did I guess they didn't even hear me because my order was all kinds of wrong. I got crinkle fries when I clearly said curly fries. My large drinks are medium drinks. My double beef and cheddar is a single beef and cheddar. And to top it all off, they were too slow for me to stick around and even care to find out what went wrong.

Unpleasant rude ass workers keep hanging up on a deaf person calling !!!! I'm jus trying to get my w2 from yall and I don't recommend this place at all. !!!!

Stopped by and made a mobile order today with the wife. Went in few mins before pickup time and the food was ready. The roast beefs were good, warm, good amount of meat and yummy. The reason for the 2 star review was solely for the crinkle fries. We got one to split and they tasted like they were either sitting for a LONG time or overcooked, possibly both. Think we found 3-4 edible ones each and threw the rest away. I unfortunately have this problem at several Arby's which is disappointing as their fries are quite good fresh.
I would not have served these and pitched in the trash, do better please @Arby's

Went here for lunch on. Saturday. Ordered 3 beef and cheddar sandwiches. Got 3 beef sandwiches, no cheese, no arbys sauce packs.
Hot ham was barely warm. Ketchup dispenser was broken. Looked like it had been broke for a while.
Very small portions.
Burned the bun.
Food was fresh, love the Mac and cheese bites!
