Only car in the drive through. Always takes minimum 10 mins. They watch to see if you hit "No tip" and then un away and talk and take forever for no reason or purposely mess your drink up. Multiple times my drink was just disgusting and dont even bother ordering food. Absolutely Horrid! The Starbucks across the street is 10 times better, heck, even the McDonalds would be better compared to this place. The girls who work drive through should not be working in customer service. Im not a Karen and I have never even complained there but after giving this place a "Last chance", im done.

My daughter and i stopped in for lunch.We both ordered the breakfast tacos . They were pretty good but not great - it was missing something and the tacos were relatively small considering the price 7/10.The restaurant was relatively empty and clean. 9/10The food was good not great but the prices were pretty reasonable considering the portion sizes and quality.I’ll rate 4/5 since 3/5 isn’t quite fair.
What a delightful place for lunch! The food options are fresh and quite tasty. We loved their selection of salads, sandwiches, and bakery. For a quick bite at lunch, the food was outstanding.

Twice so far, they didn't put alcohol in my Irish Coffee, and Bloody Mary. I contacted the area supervisor, but she never got back to me. Apparently, they don't like serving alcohol to people. I paid $10 for these drinks, and I wound up with coffee and tomato juice! Judgmental people!Also, when you order coffee for here, their medium and large mugs are the same size, but they charge more for the large. Go figure. I guess they are in the business of ripping people off.Terrible customer service and policies.

The space is beautiful, but the food and service doesn't match. The quality of the food is totally inconsistent, and most of the orders I've placed have been wrong. Once ordered a caesar salad for lunch, and received half a head of romaine tossed into a takeaway container - not chopped, separated or anything. Clearly, they'd forgotten my order and thrown it together. I don't really blame the staff though - Honestly, I get the sense that the company is not providing their employees with the appropriate financial incentive or resources to do a good job.

Of all the Grace locations we've visited, this has been the most inconsistent in terms of food quality across multiple entrees. Employees just don't give any personal kind of touch and are quite cold or inattentive with any interaction.The Sun Prairie Grace has the best service and employees.Plus don't call it a "brie and berry grilled cheese" when it's clearly nowhere close to a grilled cheese... berries were cold, cheese hardly melted, and the bread was a toasted sub roll.
