The coffee is excellent! The atmosphere is super cozy! The seating is not designed for long, intimate chats while drinking said coffee. They have one couch area. Grab that if you plan on staying a while. They other wooden benches and metal chairs get a tad uncomfortable!
I was surprised to find that the coffee shop offers a true cappuccino size (6oz). That was a pleasant surprise, but unfortunately, it was undrinkable. When I asked the baristas about the beans they were using, at least the roast profile - the answer was «we don't know».
Cappuccino was overly bitter with over-extracted espresso and the milk was overheated, which only worsened the taste because the sugars had broken down. Maybe dark roasts is now the best choice for espresso.

Amazing Acai bowl, great and friendly staff, and great place overall. Wish they had a menu you could read from standing in line though
