Definitely, undeniably, the worst service ive ever had. So bad it was actually funny and we had to walk out. Our food was probably poisoned to be honest— we’ll see in the morning.

I stopped in on a random Saturday to watch a basketball game. The bartender, I think her name was Sarah, was excellent!! She was very attentive, provided great banter, and offered another meal solution because their fryer was having issues. I went with the frozen supreme pizza, and was pleasantly surprised with the price point and quality. The bartender's friendliness and hospitality will make me a repeat customer. Definitely a local gem with great beer, food, and hospitality. I do wish there were at least a hefeweizen, dunkel, kolsch, or a German beer on the menu.

Love this place! Hop Haus beer is the absolute best - we are so lucky to have them locally. Love the Fitchburg location's outdoor space in the summer and the Verona locations cozy inside space during the colder months!
Horrible customer service. Apparently, if you aren't a regular you are ignored entirely.

I was in the mood for some craft beer and figured I would buy direct from the brewery. I picked out a four pack of their Mexican lager not asking the price. Fifteen dollars for a four pack....Ouch. Won't do that again.
