Ordered a takeout. Waited for 30 min. Called and asked where my order was. They said it was delivered. They left my order outside with no notice. I asked why no notice? They said they didn't do a notice. The sandwiches were terrible. Won't be ordering from there again. Deleted my app.
Ordered Jimmy Johns at 7:15. They are open until 8:00. Never got my order and called several times with no answer. Worse service! Heading back to Milio’s I guess. Disappointed and annoyed they even processed the order!
We arrived at the Jimmy John’s in Verona at 7:05 PM and the doors were locked. Workers are in there cleaning up and taking out the trash. The door and website all say they should be open till 8 PM. I also tried calling multiple times and nobody answered.
