This McDonald's has been here for years! It was one of the first places to eat out in Verona. It's recently been renovated to make it more accommodating for dining in or drive through service. I've had great experiences at this location since 2006. Staff has been wonderful over the years. I like stopping in for easy fast food when I come to visit Verona. It's spacious, clean, and has a nice play area for kids.

Second time they have given me the wrong order. Then no one apologizes. The guy at the front has the personality of a toad. He bareIy acknowledged me then I got a stale sandwich. Needless to say, I will no longer go to this mcdonalds

Today June 01 2025, customer was in store and observed them locking the door- of an open store with no explanation or notes posted. Staff was rude- lots of eye rolling and no actual minimal attempt at polite service . Plus the food took way too long for a fast food restaurant. Many people Were confused as to why the doors were locked and closed during open posted hours No note was posted Drive through staff were rude

We asked them for two cheese burger happy meals for our kids. They gave us a box with french fries and apples. Yep for the first time in my life of going to McDonnalds we got a happy meal with no main item. Not even sure how this is possible.
