Nothing wrong with the food, just have had better pizza in the area. It is a bit saucy if that's your thing, otherwise I would recommend ordering light sauce. Thick crust is a drier/semi fluffy thick crust but is pretty close to the same thickness of the hand tossed. The cheese curds were good cheese-wise but the batter was very bland/no salt.
Sugar River Pizza was outstanding as it seems to be every time I visit. I had four young people with me that were on their way to a movie. The service was quick, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant - again .
I had requested a special table with both bench and chair seating for 6 because of health issues of 2 of our elderly members and it was perfectl. 4 of us were quickly seated at our table while we waited for the other 2. Our waiter quickly served us our drinks and gave us menus. He checked back with us and put our orders in when the late parties notified us they would be further delayed.
