Unhinged employee demanded we leave when we asked if our prepared online orders could be handed to us. Absolutely bewildering interaction, this employee needs to be terminated immediately.

Not even 10 seconds of sitting in the drive thru to look at the menu and the employees were very adamant that we pull around and come inside. We politely declined and they became upset when we said we were still trying to decide. They said we could only place orders over $60 inside, but we hadn’t even ordered yet. Then said “whatever” very rudely when we said we would come inside after all. There was only one lane in the drive thru and had someone in front of us so ended up waiting for 10 minutes anyway just to pull around. Staff were rude and pushy. We were trying so hard to be understanding as we have worked in fast food ourselves and know what it’s like. But the “WHATEVAH” and a few other “choice words” was the final straw. Why have a drive thru if customers aren’t allowed to use it???

constantly gets food wrong, always has an attitude, told us that we have to come inside if we’re ordering large quantities of food when it took them five minutes to put it all together and we’ve never been told that before we only ordered for five people

To start I couldn’t how to get in because of the bad lighting and location and i get into line and I look for 20 seconds and she says “not trying to be an annoyance but I recommend you go to a parking lot if your talking this long” and once I got to the window I wanted 1 minute and 20 seconds for her to tap my card, she gives me my food and I leave like whatever THEN I follow the drive thru back yo the parking lot and no joke I run straight into the tree branch dangling right in the middle of the drive thru. And this nov daddy truck and massive however it scratched the whole entire mirror o the drivers side like no heads up? Like what a great end to my night.

Placed order at kiosk. When they called name for order they didn't give us any cups for our drinks that we ordered. We had to serve our selves on that. Then we ordered 3 soft shell taco supremes no tomato. What we got were 3 with tomato no sour cream. We had ordered guacamole on all 3 didn't get it. Then we ordered a hard shell taco supreme with add jalapeño and it also had no sour cream. We Frank’s RedHot® Diablo Chicken Nacho Fries changed it to the ground beef and added Pico de gallo and jalapeño and didn't get the pico de gallo. Over all very disappointing.

Used to love them occasional taco bell visit in Verona, I don't know if they recently changed staff or something, but my recent visit I got 2 cheesy gorditas, and a friend got a chili cheese burrito. All 3 items were cold. My chalupas literally had ice in them, I'm assuming from frozen lettuce? The soft shells on both chalupas were also old or something, or maybe not warmed? I dont know, im not a fast food expert, but i'm really sad I cant go this taco bell anymore. Neither one of us ate our food after a couple bites. I cant afford that! 🤷 Hopefully they fix it soon! I hate leaving bad reviews, but that was, bad.

If you come bring a card they don't have much change since all I had was 100 .Very rude mgr just stay at home if u didn't want to come to work today. Had to request the extra meat I paid for. One piece of chicken in my burrito was either overcooked or old.

Today (July 9, 2025) I ordered two black bean crunchwraps with no cheese or sour cream (I am vegan and don’t eat meat or dairy). I confirmed the order on the screen said black bean crunchwraps, and even confirmed the order sticker on the bag said black bean crunchwraps. When I got them home and bit into one, IT WAS FULL OF MEAT. Checked the second one—ALSO FULL OF MEAT. I had to go back to the store to get a refund—they couldn’t process it over the phone—so I wasted my entire lunch break.
I’m usually not one to leave reviews like this, but today was the final straw. This location has messed up my order MULTIPLE times, usually by putting cheese on even when I ask them not to. And each time, I’ve been patient and driven back to the store to get my food remade. I’ve never had this problem at any other Taco Bell location and I eat at Taco Bell fairly often (it is a reliable place for vegan options and most other fast food place aren’t). I usually go to this location because it is closer, but never again—with the time I wasted driving back over there and waiting for them to process my refund I could have gone to the McKee or Mineral Point Road locations and gotten proper service!
