If you come bring a card they don't have much change since all I had was 100 .Very rude mgr just stay at home if u didn't want to come to work today. Had to request the extra meat I paid for. One piece of chicken in my burrito was either overcooked or old.

Today (July 9, 2025) I ordered two black bean crunchwraps with no cheese or sour cream (I am vegan and don’t eat meat or dairy). I confirmed the order on the screen said black bean crunchwraps, and even confirmed the order sticker on the bag said black bean crunchwraps. When I got them home and bit into one, IT WAS FULL OF MEAT. Checked the second one—ALSO FULL OF MEAT. I had to go back to the store to get a refund—they couldn’t process it over the phone—so I wasted my entire lunch break.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews like this, but today was the final straw. This location has messed up my order MULTIPLE times, usually by putting cheese on even when I ask them not to. And each time, I’ve been patient and driven back to the store to get my food remade. I’ve never had this problem at any other Taco Bell location and I eat at Taco Bell fairly often (it is a reliable place for vegan options and most other fast food place aren’t). I usually go to this location because it is closer, but never again—with the time I wasted driving back over there and waiting for them to process my refund I could have gone to the McKee or Mineral Point Road locations and gotten proper service!

I had a wonderful dining experience, thanks in large part to our amazing waitress Sydney From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive—she offered helpful recommendations and even remembered small details about our preferences without being asked.

She was attentive without being intrusive, checking in at just the right times and making sure our drinks were always filled and our food came out exactly as ordered. What really stood out was her genuine friendliness and professionalism—she managed a busy section with grace and efficiency, never once seeming rushed or flustered.
Sydney is the best.

This second shift crew was rude and very very disrespectful, to start off they got my order wrong and once I went in to get what I paid for, the manager got rude very quickly and she told me it was my fault that I didn’t see that he put it in wrong after telling him what I wanted 2 different times. She also told me to pay attention when it was her workers fault in the first place. How this Taco Bell is still open amazes me, they treat their customers like their dumpster in the parking lot. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. But I wanna give thanks to the two men that helped with the situation with ease unlike the manager and the guy working the drive thru

Ive been getting lunch here over the last couple of months, and this drive thru team is bomb. Sometimes working a drive thru can be repetitive and you can feel the apathy from the window (no judgement-it’s rough out here) but not at this place. TT and the other shorter girl with the light brown hair(don’t know her name yet) are running things so smoothly and are SO friendly. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. They ran out of breakfast the other day and went above and beyond to make sure I drove away happy. Always quality-tacos are filled properly (some places are super skimpy or unbalanced) and the quality is so consistent. This crew should be recognized by their upper management for their hard work day in and day out.
