I try out places at least twice before I decide if the food is good not.....its not. The steamed chicken with veggies are boiled, and the wanton soup is way too salty. My suggestion is to find another restaurant.

Ordered Szechaun Chicken and I had it elsewhere before. Its definitely crispy chicken. What I received was definitely not crispy. It was just strips, I called just to inquire to make sure I received the correct order. I was told a manager would call me back right away, which was not really necessary. But basically was told, no, it's not the crispy chicken. Although their website says it's crispy, I'll still ate it. But I'm just a little disappointed it wasn't what was described and what I've had previously

These 1 star reviews are idiotic. You are nitpicking a place that still offers a $10.99 all you can eat buffet? Wild. They make small batches of the food to keep it fresh. The food is quite tasty. Sure would you like a bit more meat and a bit less breading? Yeah. But then go pay $20 for your lunch. Stop crying. This is the best $10.99 all you can eat lunch is Waukesha county.

I should've turned around before I opened the second entry door, but I didn't. That was my first mistake. The individual who took payment and gave us our drinks - rude. Acted like we were an inconvenience for coming in. We took our drinks and seated ourselves at a table that looked semi-clean. Before I even got up to get food, I found things floating in my drink. I grabbed a small plate of food, which couldn't have been high quality. The chicken was chewy and gristly, the pork fried rice couldn't have been less than 3 days old, and the sweet and sour chicken was battered so heavily, the crust was doughy on the inside. Not only did we have to bus the tables ourselves, they should have handed me a broom so I could clean the food off the floor from previous patrons. Hopefully anyone who chooses to eat here has a better experience than we did.
The food here is amazing. Most Chinese places especially here in Waukesha give you hard old food that they recooked. This place is always made to order fresh!!!!!!!!

Ordered Sesame Chicken & felt sick that night & next day. My wife ate some of the chicken & was fine. I think the broccoli was bad. It was wilted to start with but I had nothing else to eat that day that could have caused my illness.

I get take out from here often. As far as american chinese restaurants in the area (city of waukesha, village of pewaukee) it is probably my favorite. You will have to go east toward milwaukee to find better. Kings wok particular dishes that I like are the best beef lo mein and the best kung bo chicken!
