I have been blown away by Harmony Valley Farm's CSA boxes. This was my first year and my expectations have been far exceeded. Each box is quite literally PACKED FULL of produce. The variety is better than I knew could be grown in this area. The emails outlining the box content and recipe options for each type of produce greatly helps me meal plan. I love their CSA! I’ve been a member for years and always get a great variety of organic vegetables, which gets me out of my rut of eating the same things all the time. They do great job keeping you informed about what’s happening at the farm and have lots of recipe ideas. There are a variety of pickup locations in Wisconsin and the Twin Cities. The season extends from May through December. I’d highly recommend signing up to be a member!
This is my third CSA in Madison and my absolute favorite! They gave us wild flower and herb starter packs and willow branches for all spring shares which was an amazing surprise.They also allowed my friends to camp on their farm which was an incredible experience!
