What a gem hidden out in the country. Had an excellent steak, great service and even a quick chat with Anthony, the owner. I would recommend to anybody.
The best steak sandwich ever, a good drink, friendly conversation with Anthony and bartender. Plan to return soon.
We were there on a Tuesday night as a recommendation from a friend. The place was comfortably busy with some tables available and standing room only at the bar. I ordered the Bison Special and it was delicious. The new chef is fantastic and the service was exemplary. Food came out exactly as specified and timely. I strong recommend eating here- I suspect on a Friday you’d want to call ahead they probably get busy.

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch/early supper. The hamburger was excellent, done exactly the way I ordered. Hubs had the chicken sandwich, which was just as good. Bonus points for having Potosi rootbeer! Friendly bartender and clientele. The owner is a local guy and does a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!
battered cod was amazing! light & crispy batter, not greasy, not over cooked and the fries are to die for!

My husband and I celebrated our 58 years at Norwegian Hollow tonight. We both enjoyed the sautéed garlic shrimp special created by the talented, friendly new chef/owner. We will return many times.
Neat little place off the beaten path. Motorcycles and ATVs I bet go there a lot, we were on a motorcycle ?

Well worrh the drive from Viroqua ... just a bit outside of town; situated in the rolling countryside. Great Friday fish fry, nice beer selection, polite and helpful waitstaff....all of this happening outside on a beautiful day on a spacious deck. You decide - umbrella or not umbrella. Go here - have fun !!
