This was a terrible experience. I went through the drive through to pick up my order and there’s 2 jeeps in front of my car. It took us almost 20 minutes to even move toward an inch and then the workers look at us but don’t even acknowledge us!! That is just awful.

Horrible disgusting food contacted. Customer service and didn’t get a response from the restaurant yet and it’s been almost 2 weeks paid almost $50 for the order on top of it!!!! Ordered food a second time same thing and was way better but I’m highly unhappy about the first order and no response from the store

Ordered almost an hour ahead of time for pick up. Showed up on time for my pick up, and there was no order. They found it, it had not been prepared and no one could explain why it was not ready. Waited an additional 20 minutes. It's almost impossible to get what you ordered the first time, and there's very little accountability.

I love this pizza hut. The employees are always top notch. They are always super busy but always have time for whatever their customers need. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend.

Our server said he would only charge us for one salad bar for the four of us and then his manager overrode it. I get it from the managers point of view, he did meet us half way and only charge us for two but we would not have had more than one person go up to the salad bar if we had not been offered the deal by his employee.
The server did not seem new so this was not a mistake but at minimum a misrepresentation and at most bait and switch and I'm curious how many people they do this to.

We were greeted at the door by our server. She was very friendly and responsive. We ordered bread sticks,boneless wings and thin crust 1/2pepperoni and 1/2veggie pizza. The food was great. Service great. Dining room needs a good vacuum, food under tables,etc. only one other diner in the place.
