Tim and Connie are the greatest of hosts! Their food is nothing like you will have outside a big city. And when they are done with service they sat down with everyone and chatted getting to know all the patrons. More like going to a friend's house who cooks gourmet meals than a restaurant or bar.

Went for my mom’s birthday. Not your typical restaurant, but that’s what makes it special. Food was great, service was excellent and the place has a neat feel to it. Plan on 3 hours for the meal but it’s worth it.

An absolutely gem! Incredible food, beautiful vibe/atmosphere, and some of the kindest people I have ever met. Definitely a unique experience and something I wasn’t anticipating from a northern woods location. Highly recommend, even if you are not in the area it’s worth a trip!

This place truly knows how to handle a pandemic! They are offering DELICIOUS multi-course dinners every Saturday night via curbside delivery and touch-less payment. Our meal last weekend included delicious tomato basil soup, Swedish meatballs and collcannon, excellent pork tenderloin with cherry sauce, pasta with mushrooms, glazed carrots and several desserts, including bacon maple peanut brittle. On top of that, they had included a little surprise - quiche for breakfast the next day! We literally had 3 huge meals from all the food. We’ve never eaten there before but definitely look forward to visiting their adorable garden seating when circumstances allow! What a wonderful addition to the northwoods!
