“A Rare Gem in a Post-COVID World My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Good Thyme this past Saturday, and we’re still talking about it days later. In an era where outstanding dining experiences feel few and far between, this place was a refreshing—and unforgettable—exception. I ordered the steak, and my wife had the shrimp, and both dishes were nothing short of phenomenal. Perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Every bite felt like it had a story behind it, and the attention to detail in the preparation was evident from the first forkful to the last. What truly set Good Thyme apart, though, was the hospitality. The owner, Ben, is one of the most personable, genuine characters I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant setting. It felt like he knew every single person in the dining room, and he made everyone feel like family. If Ben ever decides to run for mayor, he’s got our vote. Dining out post-COVID hasn’t always felt like it used to—but this meal reminded us of how special it can be when food and service come together so seamlessly. Good Thyme is more than a restaurant; it’s an experience. We can’t wait to return.“
