I recently visited the Jackson Harbor Soup restaurant at 1904 Indian Point Rd, on Washington, WI. I was recommended this place and when you get there so has many others. It's a great place and I ordered the Infidel Sandwich which is a delicious ham and cheese "jacked up". So delicious. I also ordered a cup of soup. There is room to eat inside but it was a beautiful day when I got there I ate on the patio. They have seating all the way down to the Bay. Get there, thank me later.

I'm really glad we had lunch here. The location and views were awesome. The staff friendly. Unfortunately mysandwich was not that great. 1st, I wasn't expecting "wonder" bread, and the roast beef was so cold, it didn't have flavor. And you couldn't taste the horseradish sauce. I bet if this sandwich had been pressed in their pannini makers, it would have been great. The potato soup was a bit disappointing as it had no taste. Salt and pepper helped. BUT then we had dessert! The BEST BEST part of our lunch was the cherry pie. Holy moly! A friend got the GF almond cake. That was also amazing!! Can't wait to go back.

The best french onion soup i’ve ever had. Everything was great, delicious pies. Staff is amazing. Will definitely be coming back every trip I take here.

Cute spot on the water for lunch. We had BLTs and our for dessert. The bacon was perfectly crispy and tomatoes were very fresh/ripe. Cherry pie was a good balance of sweet/tart. A great spot after hiking Rock Island!

If there is one thing you must do on Washington Island it is visiting Jackson Harbor Soup.
My daughter and I both ordered a cup of soup and half a sandwich - good value for your money. Between us we had the Grammy's Potato Soup, Cream of Jalapeño soup, the Dagwood, and French Dip.
One of the best meals we had in Door County our whole vacation. They use high quality ingredients, and provided filling portions for both of us. Very clean restaurant and extremely professional and warm and friendly kitchen staff.

After getting back from Rock island I wanted to quickly grab a soda. I knew as long as I was out in 5 minutes, that would give me plenty of time to get to the ferry in time. There were only 7 people in line /3 family's. I should have easily been out there in 5 but it took 10 minutes standing in line. The person at the register kept leaving to do other things, despite it being very clear that me and the people in front of me were in a hurry. She then at one point left to take out wine, but then came back in with the wine because she didn't know where it went..... Mean while still a bunch of us sitting in line .... There was no reason for her to do anything other than take orders as there were 4 other people working the back.
The food is decent, but if you want to get through the line at a reasonable pace .... This is not the place for you. Don't make the mistake we did, as we pulled up and watched the ferry start away.

The best soup and sandwiches on the island! I am sad that we had to leave and will have to wait a whole year to come back! This place is a must go if you’re visiting the island.
Way too slow of an ordering process for just soup and a sandwich. Waited in line for over 30 minutes. Food was good...speed of service just left a bad taste.

One time we didn’t go to our usual albatross for lunch one year that we went to Rock Island so we went to this place. The food was great, and the service was amazing.

It was good!!! It was a lot of food I couldn’t finished it all! It’s in a very nice location, right by the water with a nice view of everything around! This is a place I’d recommend stoping by! Closed kinda early so keep that in mind!
