Cute coffee with food coffee and very tasty cakes. We did wait a little to get a drink but nothing crazy.
Delicious small shop on Washington Island
This is not a very big place, but they had a surprisingly big selection of food and drinks. We had the apple hand pie and the coffee cake. They were delicious!
Cute local coffee shop a ferry ride away.
I love wisco for there coffee it’s very great with a stereo typical coffee house atmosphere in there that can sometimes be a little bit loud other than that the coffee is plenty and very good

Wonderfully steamed milk with espresso, chai and just as a steamer, served at perfect temperature. Quality espresso. Sassy yet pleasant service. Definitely will be back at every opportunity as this is the best coffee shop on the island and probably better than vast majority in DC. Their pastries look delicious as well and I'm looking forward to trying them next time.

Coffee was AMAZING. They offer so many creative options. I’m quite a coffee snob, and quality was *chef’s kiss*. I had the oatmeal and split it with my kiddo, and my husband got a sandwich that he scarfed down. They had an old fashioned latte, and while it wasn’t for me…it was absolutely exactly what it sounded like which I know would be a HIT for a ton of people. All around wonderfully cute place!

One thing I have learned about this island is that nothing is ever open like it tells you on goolge. They are closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Excellent coffee, delicious food! Great service. When we got there the ferry has just dropped a lot of us off so it was busy, but the staff did a great job getting orders out.

They're open early, and they serve pretty good coffee and decent breakfast sandwiches. Picked up a sausage, egg, and pepper jack cheese sandwich as well as a Mediterranean Sammy.
The breakfast sandwich was pretty darn dry with a slightly disproportionate bread-to-filling ratio, but it got the job done and served its purpose, wherein it successfully satiated my hunger. The sausage patty itself was quite fantastic, but its greatness was dimmed by the ambient dryness of the ample bun and powdery egg yolk on the well-done sunny side up egg. Im guessing that maybe they're not usually like that, and I just happened to grab one that has been neglected by the sandwich gods.
The Mediterranean Sammy was quite decent. Exquisite, one might even say. Decided to go with this one because it came with arugula, and I am in dire need of some form of vegetation in my body, as per my doctor's request. The feta, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives really added to the completeness of the sandwich, which was brought together into perfect union from the drizzle of sweet dressing saturating the contents of the Sammy.
Overall, their food is quite all right. Their service is a-okay, and their workers bear the demeanor of people who wake up much earlier than you do, which is perfectly fine because that is an endearing quality to have. And they're open rather early if you're one of those folks whose day starts at the absolute buttcrack of dawn, and you require sustenance in order to become a semi-functional human being. Come check them out. Cheers!
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: Probably not Halal or Kosher. I would ask ahead about ingredients and food preparation if you're concerned due to food-borne allergies or illnesses.
Parking: They have no parking lot, but you can park on the street on Main going either direction as long as you do not block any driveways.
Kid-friendliness: They have candies and pastries for those who have a sweet tooth, and I am largely guessing that most kids have a sweet tooth.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps to accommodate an assisted mobility device, and the doors appear wide enough to accommodate an assisted mobility device.

Such a cute place, and the coffee is SO GOOD. Get the pistachio latte and thank me later. Fun place to sit around and chat, and of course get your photo op in the giant chair.

I visited Washington Island for the first time this summer. I was hungry after arriving early in the morning and looked up somewhere to stop for breakfast. WIS-CO opens early and has DELICIOUS breakfast sandwiches and pastries. They also have a nice selection of teas and coffee drinks. The food was so flavorful, and the cinnamon roll with all the cream cheese frosting was to die for. I actually stopped back later in the afternoon for another sandwich because it was so good, but they only served them during breakfast hours ?
