Great breakfast food. The fishfry is the best in Madison. The soups are awesome. The food is fresh and homemade. The Chef makes the best Chipotle you will ever taste. This place is a real diner which I have been looking for. Oh yeah and the portions are amazing. Kid friendly menu too. You gotta go there.
We started going to the diner when we moved to Waterloo back in 2003. We now live in Deerfield, and we still enjoy eating here! We just were there last Friday for their fish fry. My husband ordered the all you can eat fish and chicken with hash browns, while I had the 2 piece fish and potato pancake plate😋
The owner, Scott, is an amazing and extremely kind person. The diner is adorable, cozy, comfy, clean, and it's filled with a ton of neat things to look at. The food is awesome and they even had vegan soup!
