I’ve been getting my nachos there on Saturdays because they were so good. I got them today and asked for extra nacho cheese. They piled on the shredded cheese and absolutely no nacho cheese. If I would have known that, I wouldn’t have ordered them. Very disappointed.

The Gyro I had today was such a let down. But maybe because I haven't had one in three years. Time before the wings weren't good. But the service I get is always awesome! Food is bad. Service A+.

Horrible experience waiter was rude and gave us no attention and the food was god awful like it had been frozen for months this used to be a great place I’m not sure what happened but I do not recommend for food…. Only go there if you want to get drunk I guess

if I could give 0 stars I would , the service was absolutely terrible, our server would take so long to even take out drink orders and got them wrong btw, she was very rude in general , the food was absolutely horrid , the only edible thing was the fries and even then it was too salty . Would not recommend for anything

My taco bowl was soggy the meat had no taste. The Italian boomer was over cooked the meat was burnt the potato chips stale.

Gasthaus used to be one of best places to eat in Watertown. But since the new owners took over it's clearly no longer some place to go. They ran off the 2 best cooks in town! I went in today and place an order for Mexican! Only 1 other person in the bar. After 40 minutes and the man that came in after me got served before me. I asked the bartender if the other bartender forgot to put in my order. She kind of laughed and said no. The cook screwed up your order and made it a chicken Burrito and so I gave it to that guy. He will remake yours. Never asked me if I wanted the chicken one. Never apologized. Acted like it was my fault the cook screwed up! I waited another 10 minutes while others were served their food. Still didnt get my food and left! Never an apology or a care in the world by the cook and server! Do not eat here!
They turned ratings off on Facebook! Only Restaurants that keep getting bad ratings do that. The ratings on Google are from the old owners who took pride in good service, good food and keeping their employees happy! Clearly that's not these owners!

The parking lot is so freaking small it's ridiculous. First time we went, we were lucky to find one. Food was good, service was not much to write about. We won't go back.
