I am trying various restaurants in Watertown and this is by far the best I have experienced. From sandwiches to steak and fish, this kitchen knows what it is doing. Great breakfast as well. Kudos to the chef.
The customer service has hit rock bottom and continued to dig. The receptionist in charge of taking carry-out orders who shall remain nameless (screw it, her name is Lois and she sucked) legitimately talked over me and hung up on me mid-sentence. Don't let this review deter you from patronizing this establishment. I just have a personal vendetta with Lois. She was uglier than the east side of a horse heading west. Lois, I hope your pet fish dies tonight. See, I don't mess around!

Everyone was so nice and friendly customer service great!Would go there again. Food was very good.Kid-friendliness: Kids were there and atmosphere very homey feeling.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes very much so plenty of room to get through with a w/c.
