Impossibly slow. 15 minutes to get a classic beef and cheddar in an empty restaurant. I don't know if there was something wrong in the kitchen or if there were staffing issues, but none of that is the customer's problem.

I haven’t been to an Arby’s in probably 15-20 years. Thought we’d try it out again. Probably won’t go back but not because of this restaurant- just in general- not that good. And it was expensive. I wanted to try the chicken wraps in the value menu because I heard they were like McDonald’s and they are pretty good. Come in 3 flavors: ranch, honey mustard, and BBQ. They were pretty tasty. Curly fries were just okay but I’d go back just for the mozzarella sticks!! Everything else was mid. Sandwich / dip and gyro not great- not a lot of flavor. They restaurant in particular was clean and well-maintained, I just don’t think I’m an Arby’s person. Also, was not expecting to pay $30 for 2 people to eat dinner here. I guess inflation?

Arrived at 9:50pm, was shared by a young man that lobby closes at 10pm so you have to order your food and leave. That being what it was, nothing was ordered. What a wonderful guest experience!!
