I stopped at the drive-thru at Arby's on Silvernail hoping to get a fish sandwich on Ash Wednesday. Wow, I received a big, hot, delicious fish filet sandwich and crinkle fries. It was reasonably priced. I was thrilled. Thank you Arby's employee's. You are the best!

This is THE BEST Arby's that I've ever been to. Fresh crinkle cut fries still very hot from the fryer. The special was a brisket sandwich with bacon & cheddar cheese sauce was so tasty. The sandwich itself looked like it had been in an Arby's TV commercial it was so beautfully put together. Plenty of parking, and includes a drive-thru. It would be my go-to Arby's, but I live too far away in Cudahy.

I like most Arby's, but the employees at this location basically ignored me for the first few minutes while I stood at the counter, and when they did finally take my order, it was as if I was a real burden for them.
My husband and I had beef sandwiches last night. Within 30 mins of eating we both felt sick. Stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. This is all we had to eat and the kids were fine with the chicken. Please make sure you are heating your beef to hot enough temperatures to kill food borne illnesses. We dined in and the beef was definitely not warm. Doctor said it was definitely food poisoning. We won't be back.
Service was very good; however, I am unlikely to return until my favorite items return. The reason I go to Arby's is for the potato cakes and the chicken cordon bleu sandwich. With the increased prices, I think I'll just stop at the grocery store for a roast beef
