Got a 2 because Tati was very helpful with helping on how to use ap. The rest was garbage. Lettuce was yellow. Curly fries were just crumbs! And entire store smelled pissy. Most likely due to mopping bathroom floors and then spreading it throughout store! Health department should visit. Use some dang bleach, pine sol, fabuloso or something! Didn't care to finish food, this is why your empty on a Saturday afternoon. No one likes a pissy smelling restaurant. Got to do better!

I've only been at the drive thru, but it was a good experience. The food was hot and tasted great.
I was waiting for my order and I watched a long line of people come in Victoria was working hard to begin with but then she kicked in high gear. She was taking orders and after each order she got an order out to the guest. I was a General Manager at Paradise Bakery / Panera in AZ. I would have LOVED to have her on my team!! You're lucky to have her!
Horrible service. Didnât even get my order right. This place is numerous for messing up orders when no oneâs in the drive through.

I stopped by Arbyâs for a sandwich, a water, and a bathroom break I ordered a chicken cordon sandwich with ez mayo and 1/2 cheese. I have a large beard that needs some trimming so I figured I would lessen the amount of food that was likely to end in my mustache and beard. The sandwich I received for my $8 was disgusting. It had about 10-12 times the amount of mayo a sandwich would usually have. It was also smeared all over the outside of the wrapper. When I took it back up front I was told I was wrong, it couldnât have been intentional, and the same folks in the back laughing at me was going to make me a new sandwich I got a refund and when to Culverâs instead. Them telling me I was wrong while denying what was right in front of them really pissed me off âDo you see that much mayo?â âYesâ âDid you see it on the wrapper?â âYesâ âHow is that not intentional?â âThey canât read Englishâ
I would like to point out t out, the gentleman that took my order was a good guy. He was able, kind, and tried to be helpful
