We went to Arbys in Waukesha on Mooreland in front of Farm and Fleet yesterday. It was by far the worst fast food experience we ever received. There were 4 people in front of us and it took 22 minutes to take our order(I know this because I had to reset my app on my phone for the free sandwich). I had a free sandwich on my app but she didn't know what it was for-I gave up and just paid. There was 1 employee who non stopped complained about how he hates his job and his place of work. There was a manager who came in mid rush during the complaining and it continued. The lady at the register had attitude toward every customer. The soft drink lids and sauces/ketchup were empty. We asked for sauces and she slapped them on the counter with the same attitude she took our order with. I will drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Silvernail next time.

Had a messy ham and cheese sandwich I asked for no Swiss add cheddar sauce ham wasn't shaved it was shredded, cheese had too much . Soda machine needs to be cleaned had metallic taste to soda. Curly fries were very fresh and hot .

While Arby's has surprisingly good food, the Waukesha Arby's is among the highest priced Arby's restaurants in the US. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Got a 2 because Tati was very helpful with helping on how to use ap. The rest was garbage. Lettuce was yellow. Curly fries were just crumbs! And entire store smelled pissy. Most likely due to mopping bathroom floors and then spreading it throughout store! Health department should visit. Use some dang bleach, pine sol, fabuloso or something! Didn't care to finish food, this is why your empty on a Saturday afternoon. No one likes a pissy smelling restaurant. Got to do better!
