I was a regular at this bar most of the time it has been open. However, the owners removed almost all the games that made going there worth it to put in some mini golf thing. I was naturally disappointed, since I loved going there on weekends to play some pinball, have some drinks, and chat with the bartenders (who have been mostly amazing, by the way). The owners even used to ask me for input all the time and made me feel valued. However, in mid-September, they decided to tear out most of the games in what I would guess is an attempt at attracting families with younger children, leaving only two pinball machines and the kids' ticket games, to put in some mini golf thing. I don't have any children, and if I did, I wouldn't bring them to a bar. I said I wasn't a fan of the changes on their Facebook page and left a review, and received a ban from their Facebook page as a result. If you're looking for an arcade with good food and drinks, this sadly isn't it anymore. This was my social life for about a year, but I suppose it is time to move on and try to find something else.

Time and time again this place has disappointed us. We've been going since they've opened very regularly because they have large selection of pinballs. However we've given them enough time and chances that it's not worth trying to support them any more. Bottom line is the management is cheap and rude to customers and their employees. You may see some good reviews and sometimes it was alright but you're just as likely to be there on a bad day. It's unfortunate because there aren't places around here like this and I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Read on for the details but don't waste your time or money in support of this place. They've been through 10+ bartenders who have all been very nice to us and because of that we tip very generously. However, the management is awful. They charge drinks down to the penny instead of making things easy on the bartenders and patrons having to deal with small change even after having been told by multiple people how annoying it is. One time there was a new bartender on her first day and one of the female owners at the bar early on Sunday. They weren't busy. We ordered the weekly cocktail which the bartender didn't know how to make. Instead of showing the new bartender how to make it while we're waiting she just points out where the recipe is and goes back to her laptop. The prizes you can get for tickets have gotten very cheap. When they first opened you could get an Amazon fire stick or nice Bluetooth speaker for 10k points. Now the best you can get is a mini version of a boardgame worth less than $10 on Amazon. The bathrooms are very sketchy. Not well lit, at least a year without a handle on the men's room stall, and the women's toilet paper holder sat on the ground for several months. The pinball machines have had issues with them from the start and never got fixed. Deadpool and the Hobbit have broken drop targets for over a year which I mentioned several times without any change. Games weren't leveled properly which I eventually just fixed myself so they were playable.Last father's day we were going to go play some games and just headed there without calling ahead. Big mistake, we got there to find out they were closed at 2pm on a Sunday. No sign, no website info, no Facebook post or anything. My wife posted to Facebook saying they were closed and then 20 mins later one of the owners posted something about being closed for the holiday. They regularly don't have enough money to pay out on slot machine cashouts. Which leads to why I'm writing this review and why we will never go back. We tried to cash out two tickets to which the bartender tells us that they don't have the new safe code to get the money. So we go downstairs to their "high end" whiskey bar to see if they can take care of it. There's no one down there and the bartender immediately says they can't do it and threatens to call the cops because she brought a beer not realizing she couldn't carry them between bars WITHIN the building. Fast forward to the next day when we were told we could cash out. One of the owner/managers was sitting at the bar and very rudely told us we couldn't get the money until 2 and acted like we should have known that. When we returned to pick it up we were told that we couldn't pick up the money until it was completely counted so the cameras could verify. Apparently they can't trust their bartenders to do their job. Pretty much what you can expect from this sketchy place

We visited for my daughter’s 21st birthday this past Saturday. The bartenders were absolutely amazing. They were outgoing and gave us great service. However we experienced a few negative things including half of the slush machines being broken or not working properly. The entire place also smelled like a sewer and onions and when you went near the game room or restroom you got a spray paint fume high from a room being painted right next to this area. The worst part of the entire evening was the extremely rude cook who was dropped off shortly before closing and decided to antagonize our entire group on the microphone. Our group was the only paying patrons most of the evening and he started screaming last call a half hour before closing then passed the microphone around to make obnoxious noises. One person in our group asked him to please stop and that’s when we became a target. The two bartenders who we had a fantastic experience with the whole time kept apologizing for his actions which was not their fault. He literally took the microphone out of one of their hands. His behavior is enough that we left after spending hundreds of dollars amongst our group with the intention of never returning.

Very funny and exciting place. But would not recommend, if your looking for a place to eat and not drink. (Under 21) Would go back, but ony for the games. If your looking for a good place to drink and have a good time, would 100% recommend.

Second time here. First time I was the only one in here. Came into the bar this evening. About 8-10 people present. Took 4-5 mins for me to be acknowledged. I asked for a beer list which was provided. Appeared to be a manager/owner male behind me that answered the phone at the bar. Bartender seemed preoccupied. I ordered my drink as the bartender then left again to speak with someone about a gift card apparently. I never got my drink. I got up and left after 10 mins. I’ll never come back here again and i suggest if you’re reading this you don’t either. Clueless.

The games were fun. The food was barely mediocre. The slushy was pure sugar.

Stopped in with my teenage son for lunch today. The atmosphere was very welcoming, Sarah was very attentive and friendly. The arcade is not too large but there were enough games to keep us entertained. The smash burger and wings were delicious. Highly recommend

Drinks, games, and good vegan options on the menu. What more could I ask for?

Vegetarian options: Vegan pizzas and a chickpea salad sandwich.

Not the largest game selection but a great way to break up the routine. Fun for adults and kids. Pizza was very good. Vegan-friendly.

Great place to play some cool games and get a tasty bite to eat. Staff is friendly and the vibe is awesome. You get really good value for your money and the place is very well kept also.....Then if your feelin some axe throwin and some live music just slide downstairs and the whole night just got even better. Strongly recommend

Games were really fun and reasonable. Drinks were good! (The adult “juice pouch” is spectacular). Food is nothing to write home about. We got there around 7:30 ish and they said no more pizza for the night which was disappointing (and is also half of their menu). Service royally stunk. It wasn’t busy… at all. Especially for how much staff there and it being a Saturday night (there were about 10 people total in the bar area). Our appetizer came out with our food cool/lukewarm an hour after we ordered (we don’t mind that it took a long time but you can tell the appetizer sat). To top it off, we watched an employee eat the same appetizer we ordered while we were waiting… kind of assume it was ours. I don’t want to assume the worst but… just the way it looked. The workers also came out with a pizza 20 minutes after they told us no pizza… just rubbed us the wrong way. The employees also all congregated by the bar and just laughed and talked and joked while we waited to be served at the bar.I’m not trying to be a negative Nancy. This place is cool and has a lot of great potential. But their service needs to step up in order for it to be a great go to place.Look at my reviews and see how many nice ones I write and you’ll know I’m not some cranky Karen.
