Ordered boneless wings for pickup. I arrive before my pick up time and my food is ready. Already its not very warm. Whatever. So I get home and go to enjoy my boneless parm garlic wings to see there's basically zero sauce on them. This place used to be crazy busy all the time. I see why business has gone down the quality has most definitely gone way down. Try wing stop down the road.

I ordered boneless mild wings tonight and they weren’t cooked all the way and also one of them was hard to bite into and didn’t even look like chicken inside. I went back and since kitchen was closed all i received was a refund. I bit and ate pieces that I didn't know weren’t done all the way, I don’t feel like a refund is enough, wings were disgusting tonight and I usually love ordering from bdubs. Honestly disappointed.

We ordered several dishes most were ok. I ordered traditional wings they brought boneless…I brought this up to the waitress with no suggestion to fix the problem. It’s no wonder why the restaurant was basically empty on a Saturday night!

Sunday night dining. Very slow inside but 30 minutes for a table, likely due to server capacity. From receiving our drinks to “placing” the order was about 30 minutes. Prices have risen exponentially. Ordered street tacos and got a side of fries instead of chips/salsa. Total experience was about 90 minutes…

I’ve gone to this BWW my entire life and the service has declined exponentially. We placed an online order tonight for my husbands birthday. Upon arrival the two teenagers couldn’t find my order, despite the cook telling them multiples he already brought it up to the front. Turns out the 2 workers gave it to someone else without checking the name of the order. While watching this all unfold in front of me they both then turned to me and said “looks like we gave it to the wrong person. Guess we’ll have to remake it.” I waited an additional amount of time for the order to be remade just for it to then be remade incorrectly. When I brought it up to one of the girls she attempted to tell me it wasn’t made incorrectly and took everything back to the kitchen again. After 20 additional minutes of waiting through all of this I was finally able to leave with our correct order. I’ve worked in the service industry before and although I do not expect much these days hospitality wise, the service I received tonight was WELL below standard. We won’t be returning to this location.

My 4 year old got the Mac n cheese. Didn’t sit well with him and threw up. We were asked to leave right away. They packed up the rest of our food that we had waited for 20+ minutes and gave us our bill right away. Didn’t give us an apology or a sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't usually come here but the last 3 years... service and food has always been the same, not exciting and most the time disappointing, seems like they keep having tons of employees being swapped out, new hires left and right and I don't know what's happening to this place but I use to enjoy it.
today was a big flop, I walk inside the store and three people ignore me for the first 30 seconds because they're already talking to each other, not a single one of you can interrupt each other to greet me and say I'll be right with you? okay then.
after they were done talking, they asked if I was picking up or taking out... what happened to dining in?
I get seated after saying I'd like to dine in and the waitress asks what I would like to drink, I asked for root beer and she comes back with a root beer, now my expectations was I would be getting a fountain drink, I did not get a fountain drink I was given an unopened bottled mug root beer with a regular sized cup of ice, what the heck, now it's safe to assume these refills will be individual charges, I only had one soda. next time somebody asks for a drink be sure to inform the customer that it may or may not be bottled, because if it's bottled we will most likely not want it.
so far not a great start, anyways I told the waitress what I would like to eat, and it was a spicy burger and some lemon fries, however the burger I wanted was not in stock, great now so I have to substitute for something else, nice alright, I guess I'll have an all-american burger with some buffalo sauce on the side so I can make it spicy myself.
fast forward 20 minutes, I get my food. my fries are the first thing that I noticed that looked disappointing, they look a little crispy and burnt, like a brownish yellow, they taste like they were cooked with 11:00 a.m.'s cooking oil, well atleast the fries had my lemon pepper I asked for, the only complaint about the fries was that they should've pulled them out of the fryer once the timer went off but I'm sure they forgot and served them anyways.
my burger was fine, it wasn't great but that's because I wanted my spicy burger that's "out of stock" anyways, I'll be back I'm sure of it. (hopefully next time better food and experience)
