I can tell why this place is strugging. Caught the hostess wiping his mouth with his hands several times. He sat us at a table that was wet from cleaning even though there was 1 occupied table in the whole place.. the bartender/server spent the entire time talking to his one customer at the bar. We were never asked how the food was and i had to ask for anything i needed.
Food:
The burger was dripping with grease and didnt taste like anything but fat/grease. The fried pickeles werent very good and we got about 12 of them for 8 dollars...
Probably wont be back. The food has taken a decline since i remember last time being there.
The price on menus is good at first glance but the dishes are pretty small.

Went for dinner with some friends and got all you can eat wings. Our server was very friendly and made sure we all had what we needed. The only issue we had was the stingy general manager that cut off my all you can eat wings after I gave my friend 1… not 2 not 3 not 4 but 1 wing to try as he was going to order Togo for his girlfriend. Honestly crazy I understand if I was sharing multiple but 1 wing is insane. My friend had ordered a whole burger meal it’s not like he got nothing and was trying to cheat the system. Once again waiter was nice but my experience was tarnished by the general manager which is a shame.

Me and 2 of my friends came in to get the all you can eat wings. I did not eat anything prior and was exited to try and eat as many wings as I could. After the 3rd plate, the server (who was amazing) came over and said she sadly had to cut us off with the general managers request. I was confused as I didn’t share anything, however my friend who was thinking about ordering out for his girlfriend wanted to try the flavor before ordering, got a wing from my other friend. One wing, not 2 not 3 not 5… One wing. I did not get to finish my food due to this even though I did not share any wings with anyone at the table. Again server was great, not happy with the general manager, it’s a shame because I love coming here for football season however I will not return to this location any time soon…

Standard BWW atmosphere with good food.
Buffalo Wild Wings offers a massive variety of flavors of wing sauces. But it's clear that all the wings are made and then sauced. The non-wings options are not lacking. Burgers, sandwiches, pretzels and more. Yet the flavor and juiciness of the chicken was lacking compared to non-chicken places. Layout contained a ton of seating with both booths and tables. Curiously labeled with their two digit table numbers in sports jersey font. Overall, all a worth while experience but not a perfect experience.
My last visit was especially well served. Madison went above and beyond offering my child the use of full coloring books. Along with an impressive selection of 15+ used crayons to choose from. A vastly better experience than other stores that offer maybe two crayons and a printed coloring sheet.

Manager appeared to be frustrated with employees because he’s short staffed. Slamming things around. Very unprofessional and quite scary for me and the employee he was yelling at. Didn’t come in to witness the workplace drama.
Update: The general manager did reach out to me to get a better understanding of my account of the event which I appreciated it. She also told me that it wasn’t a manager that was yelling at the other employee but another employee. I appreciate them watching and taking action about their reviews from consumers. They care!

We ordered 20 boneless wings with 4 sauces and wedges. They forgot a whole flavor section, the square in the box was empty. The wedges were a bit overcooked. No I didn't call to complain because it was already after 8pm and we weren't going back and I was not in the mood to talk to anyone. Could people just start doing a bit of quality control here before putting take out orders in the bag? It's not that hard to match the receipt to the order, especially such a small order.

Paid 3 dollars extra for cheese curds and asked for no lettuce. Got old fries and lettuce. Tried to call for a refund no one answered. Check your order before you leave.

Ordered boneless wings for pickup. I arrive before my pick up time and my food is ready. Already its not very warm. Whatever. So I get home and go to enjoy my boneless parm garlic wings to see there's basically zero sauce on them. This place used to be crazy busy all the time. I see why business has gone down the quality has most definitely gone way down. Try wing stop down the road.
