We have ordered here numerous times, and they have always done a great job. We actually drive past a closer BK just to go here. Sometimes, you have to pull around and wait for a bit, but it's totally worth it. The staff definitely here definitely deserves a salute.

Ordered delivery through the app. Got a free whopper due to Walmart + affiliation, also ordered big fish meal and a cheeseburger for my pup. The fish was burnt so dark and so thin it should have been called anorexic fish sandwich. So dry, they cooked the life out of it. As for the lettuce on it? There was one huge chunk that looked like it was cut from the core,and hard. They bathed it in tartar like they were camouflaging the burn. My pup's cheeseburger looked ok,I order plain (just the meat and cheese, I take the bun off) and the whopper looked ok. My "halfsies" side was cold, but actually tasted ok. Go figure, they have fries that don't get nasty right away when cold. Frankly, I should have known not to trust BK in Waukesha again. Both Waukesha BK's have sucked for a long time now, both in customer service and in food quality. I even tried to call the restaurant 3 times to discuss the problem (Gateway and Hwy. 18) but go figure, they won't answer the phone. Next time maybe I'll just pay a little more and go to Culver's or Arby's.

Waited at the drive through for 10 min before anyone took my order. Then I sat waiting for my food for another 10. Just to be given the wrong food and had to argue about them messing up the order. Finally opened my sandwich to find none of the toppings were correct. I'd be surprised if thst place makes the employees wash their hands

Gah. Okay so I order breakfast and I have those potato ole hashbrowns. Ugh one dropped on my lap. I’m like oh well I’ll wash them when I get home. Welp. An eternal stain on my brand new jeans with whatever oil yall use. Ugh. Foreverrrrrrrr there on jeans I just wore for the first time toooo. All because of your cheap ass $2 potatoes and whatever yall get away with for ‘oil’ these days.

I arrived at around 1:00 with my mom in a wheelchair. As soon as I got to the doors, an employee came over to help open the door for us. We enjoyed the bacon melt. It was hot, tasty and arrived quickly. The new churros are delicious. Overall a really great experience. And the manager without asking, opened the doors when we were leaving. Thanks for a perfect lunch. A++

Floor was dirty. You could see where they had mopped, but used dirty water. The Grilled chicken sandwich meat was tough, and the fries had brown spots. Would not recommend eating here.

Parking: I used to love Burger King Whoppers it will always hot and ready even their breakfast sandwiches. But now when I go there they microwave everything I visit is on Lisbon in Milwaukee it's a terrible restaurant I've called on them twice it should be shut down
